4. Administration

The Administration forms in the "ADMIN" tab in Instant Queue Manager are the place where resources are formally "entered" into Queue Manager for use in various functions.  Experts, Entry Points and Managers need to be added to the Directory before they can be used by queues.  Standard Replies needs to be added to the Standard Replies Repository before they can be assigned to queues.  And so forth.
 
A second function of these pages is to maintain system level settings.  These settings are things like the address directory to use for retrieving contact information, defining various servers, etc.
