OVERVIEW
The Remedy plug-in provides the interface between Instant Queue Manager and the Remedy Customer Relations Manager, CRM, system.  Through the plug-in an expert in the queue can create a ticket, associate a ticket with an IQM conversation updating the ticket, add comments to a ticket and close a ticket.
