When logging is enabled in InterviewContext.xml and Apache Service is started none of the Queues come online. However as soon as logging is disabled all the Queues come back online

Steps to get Lotus Notes nlsxbe.dll registered are as follows:

1. From the startup menu start command prompt

2. Go to the folder where Lotus Notes is installed

3. Issue the command: regsvr32 nlsxbe.dll

You should then see the successful registration message.

4. Next you can update the InterviewContext.xml file and enable back the logging.

5. Restart the Apache Server Service from Services applet located under Control Panel\Administrative Tools.
